Mass Casualty Drill June 6, 2009

A Our department, along with Oneida and Vilas county law enforcement and ambulance service, took part in a mass casualty drill at AV/W Grade School in Arbor Vitae. The scenario was that of an armed group of men entering the school and shooting students before they were killed or arrested by law enforcement. Our job was to triage, treat, and transport victims to the appropriate health care facilities. The exercise was critiqued by the state.
