This was one of our more challenging training sessions. Two set-up with lots of problems to overcome. Not just the extrication process, but critical patient care.

The scene involves an industrial wood chipper. The storyline is, the owner was inside doing maintenance when one of the rollers inside came down crushing him deep in the bowels of the machine. We arrive on scene to find the man's nearly hysterical wife sitting at the opening of the chipper screaming her husbands name.
